Based in the small village of Acton Scott where the
television series "Victorian Farm" and "Escape in Time" was
filmed, just under a mile from the main road. This is the A49, from
Shrewsbury to Hereford; yet it enjoys all the benefits of being in the heart
of lovely, quiet country, an area of outstanding natural beauty.
Acton Scott is an excellent place for
exploring, cycling and walking - with footpaths leading out of the
North, three miles away is the Victorian spa town of Church Stretton and to
the South is wooded Wenlock Edge at a similar distance.
